*Exclusions include: labor (interior design services including full interior design and one room design, contractors and sub-contractors), clearance-priced items including warehouse or off-the-floor items, any red tag items, re-upholstery, freight, window treatments, wallpaper, custom rugs, antique or one-of-a-kind furniture or rugs, sales tax, and delivery charges.

All realtor rewards are non-transferable and valid for up to two years. Members must complete the client registration form for each home buyer. Clients and award points are automatically linked in our system to the members. There is a cap of $150,000 in furnishing sales with qualifying purchases up to 3% bonus points generated PER HOME client registration. Remember: bonus points expire 2 years after they have been generated, so don't forget to use them! 

As required by law, participation members who redeem points will be issued an IRS form 1099 at the end of the applicable tax year when award points are redeemed. This form and IRS form W-9 must be on file with us, and you will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the applicable tax year. 

Please note: client closing gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
